We pitched sustainability in a system built on throwaway habits.

EKOLITIKA was selected to participate in the one-day innovation challenge EKO-TON: Plant a Wish for a Sustainable Future with our idea SWAP — a circular service offering reusable packaging for food and drinks in Skopje.

While the competition prioritized fast, visible outcomes, our idea offered something different: a long-term model to cut plastic waste before it’s created, backed by a tested plan, market research, and clear environmental impact.

We didn’t win, but we didn’t stop either. We’re still working to make SWAP real — one container, one delivery, one reuse at a time. Because sometimes the best ideas take longer to grow.
